Physiotherapy Services South Kensington
Manual Therapy and Hands-On Treatment
Manual therapy forms the foundation of every session at Physiome Kensington. Using advanced assessment and treatment techniques, Ali identifies and addresses the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction from the very first appointment.
Treatment includes:
- Joint mobilisation and manipulation — graded and high velocity techniques to restore movement and reduce pain
- Soft tissue mobilisation and myofascial release — targeting trigger points, fascial restrictions and scar tissue
- PNF stretching — advanced contract-relax techniques producing immediate mobility gains
- Breathing techniques integrated with movement — to unlock spinal and thoracic mobility instantly
- Postural correction and retraining — hands-on correction combined with movement retraining
- Gait analysis and corrections
Our clinic regularly supports clients from Belgravia, Pimlico, Earl's Court, Notting Hill, Paddington, Marylebone, Soho, Fulham, Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Mayfair, Covent Garden, and central London areas.

Acupuncture and Dry Needling
Ali is trained by the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and has completed cadaveric anatomy training at King's College London specifically for acupuncture application. Western medical acupuncture is grounded in anatomy and evidence-based medicine — fine sterile needles stimulate the nervous system, release endorphins, reduce inflammation, and improve blood flow to the affected area.
Conditions treated:
• Back pain, sciatica and neck pain
• Sports injuries, tendinopathy and muscle pain
• Shoulder, knee and hip pain
• Tension and cervicogenic headaches
• TMJ disorders, jaw pain and bruxism
